A retreat is an opportunity for restoration and renewal unlike any other. A spontaneous community of people gather, who are all answering the same call. Unique individuals, each on their own journey, come back to the earth to return to ayni (balance/ right relationship) with life. The demands of modern culture can pull us away from our deep connection with earth and the deep longing of the soul. Taking time to unplug and nourish with yoga, meditation, movement, healthy food, story telling, and ceremony can clear the lens of perception through which we view life and reset the soul's compass back to true north. Retreats are offered locally and around the globe with the intention of making the retreat experience available to all.

SABBATH SONG FARM
Oct 13th - 15th, 2017
We return to beloved Sabbath Song Farm in early autumn as the leaves are turning and the warmth and the crispness meet. Pachamama is calling us to harvest and gather the fruits of our summer months and to listen inside to the turning of season. In addition to conscious eating, yoga, movement, horseback riding and deep rest, we will go on a journey to discover what parts of us needs to change or fall away entirely. We will also share the the beauty of ayni despacho and share our visions and prayers with fire ceremony.
GOOD HOPE, JAMAICA
Jan 27th - Feb 3rd, 2018
Each year during the coldest part of winter we journey to the Good Hope Plantation in Trelawny to come alive again. I co-faciltate this retreat with my beautiful friend, Sheila Wilson Pinto, one of my favorite human beings on the planet. Daily yoga practices, varied forms of meditiation, beach days, beautiful healthy meals, pottery making, journaling, wisdom circles, fire ceremony and more. To simply be in the lush embrace of of this magical place is reason enough to come. What we all co-create within that beauty and soak up from the land and the people is beyond measure. One Love, Pure Love. Lively Up Yourself!
